After calling several different companies, People who will not even get on the phone to answer a question, I was lucky enough to find this phone number & get help from a wonderful person named Carlos.He answered all of my questions about a safety concern for a hot water tank that I have & one that is going to be purchased.Carlos is kind, patient, & knowledgeable, it’s nice to give nice people your business, Most companies are so worried about money only, Carlos was concerned about the safety & questions of the hot water tank.I’m so happy that I found this company,…Nicole
