Joana was very cordial and addressed all of our concerns indoors and outdoors. Because of the last few months of winter, the outside was relatively free from spider webs. Indoors she did a thorough spraying.
Dijon was very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he did, and let us know where to look for issues. I enjoyed his attention to detail — looking fwd to having him back.
Phone staff arranged appt great. Technician prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable --- provided detailed and informative inspection and a comprehensive treatment plan. Price seems high but in fairness I don't have the technical in knowledge to know for sure if it is or isn't. I will likely seek other estimates before selecting a service provider.
