2720 W 43rd St, Minneapolis“I worked out with Todd at Fundamental Strength for more than a year. Then I moved and I miss it! Todd's way of exercising covers every aspect of movement health in one contained hour, so you can show up once a week or four times a week! I came in a lifelong exerciser, but Todd's program was almost a rehab/therapy that fixed things I wasn't doing quite right. It was tough at the beginning, but after about three months I felt more strong, flexible, and balanced. Todd's program incorporates DNS and other modalities in a comprehensive plan without focusing on one aspect of health while ignoring others. And as a huge bonus, you're working out with a couple of other interesting people in each session and Todd has a knack of guiding an interesting conversation while you're working out. I'd give Fundamental Strength 10 out of 10 if I could.“

She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life. Do not hesitate to see Tammy if you have any pain &/ spine or other issues She really cares and will go out of her way to help, make herself avail and get you out of pain!“

I was feeling at my weakest because I had not been working out for years, but thanks to John I felt like I had some energy and confidence back in my life. He holds you accountable and truly cares about your goals. He wants to see you succeed. Additionally, I like that he talks to you on an individual level, and you're not just some other client. He really tries to get to know you, and I appreciated that. Sometimes making the decision to workout can be a tough one. You might be afraid of others laughing at you or thinking it's futile that you're even trying. However John is supportive and understanding all the way.Most people try to lose weight, but I was trying to gain weight since I am technically underweight for a 6' 1" guy. Started off at around 170lbs 15-16% body fat, and ended up at around 183lbs 14-15% body fat. Had to return back to school, but plan on hopefully training more soon.“
