I like the layout of this location because it doesn't allow you to watch everyone else in front of you since it's more of an elongated space, it helps me focus on me and what I am doing more than other locations where you're in the back of the room and can see everyone else in front of you. Super easy to follow workouts, coaches are always high energy and there to push you to your limit! Everyone is always super friendly. Never hard to find parking.“

I can enthusiastically say that after eight years there is no way I would be where I'm at without the Discover Strength team. It doesn't matter how unmotivated I am or what else is happening in my world - I give them everything I have for thirty minutes and they push me harder than I could ever push myself. A special shout out to Kayla - I was curious how things would go after choosing a random trainer based on my availability and she didn't miss a beat. Two minutes into the workout and it felt like we had been training together for years.“

I am so motivated to show up for each session I sign up for. In several months, I have gotten stronger, built muscle, feel better and have even lost a few pounds which is amazing since muscle weighs more than fat. The coaches there are such a support. Try it! She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life. Do not hesitate to see Tammy if you have any pain &/ spine or other issues She really cares and will go out of her way to help, make herself avail and get you out of pain!“
