I've taken a couple workouts at this location and each time I am SWEATING bullets. They have different names for their workouts online that focus on various areas of the body like arms, legs or cardio, etc. I recommend to take a look at their website before signing up for a class so you know what you'll be working on. The screens are a good amount of large monitors on the wall for beginners to look at if it's your first time. They make it really easy for anyone that is new to pick up the exercises quickly. I'll be back again if I want to get a good workout!
If you're looking for a community that encourages you and makes you feel welcomed, this is it! The coaches motivate you while giving you the space you need to push yourself and learn. Plus, the workouts go so fast because they are energetic and fun. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for that next level of support at a gym.
I've taken two classes at this F45 location. They are great about walking you through how the workout goes. It's a combination of CrossFit and group fitness class. I ~think~ all F45 locations do the same workout on the same days. You can google the workouts before hand to see if they are more strength or cardio based. Each move is directed by TV screens. Who the coach is doesn't really matter. The coach will provide adjustments and direction should you need it. The one thing I don't like about F45 is that you are put in groups (this part is really not that big of a deal and is actually kind of nice), but if you and your group members all use the same weights there aren't a ton of other options/duplicate weights. Someone will either have to grab higher or lower weights than what they want.
