One of the best decisions I have made this year was signing up for Exercise Coach. 5 months later I have incorporated the easy 20 minutes, twice a week into my schedule and have built muscle and confidence when it comes strength training. The environment is great, the coaching is helpful and friendly, and being able to track my progress with real data is a plus. Highly recommend!

I have been working out at Exercise Coach for 20 minutes, twice a week for a year. At 58 I am stronger and more toned than I have ever been in my life. It feels good to have muscular strength and to be able to feel the firmness of my muscles. I have also lost weight and decreased my body fat percentage despite my less than perfect eating habits. They provide excellent nutritional advice and support.
