“I loved loved loved going to lifetime fitness to workout and work on my basketball game and other things,but now with the different hours and days we can use the gym due to the different hours for Medicare or certain level of our insurance is ridiculous. People with disabilities should be able to use this gym and other lifetime gyms regardless of insurance. I’m completely outraged and will most indefinitely be leaving this gym. This rating is for the facility rather than anything else. Please reach out if you want to keep ur loyal customer. I’m not paying the extra 100 bucks per month when I wasn’t paying anything before to use the gym for free. Overall I’m unsatisfied with everything lately.“

“Titanium Performance is built different! Tyler McCarthy is a difference maker and I am forever thankful for the experience he gave me in strength training. I trained at this gym for over a year and a half. The only reason I left was because work took me out of Minnesota. Prior to working out at Titanium Performance the gym was an intimidating place where I just never felt comfortable. In my time with Tyler he taught me countless lessons about strength training including how to keep my body safe while working towards my goals. He was aware of my limits each session and somehow kept me pushing those limits to expand them a little further each time to help me achieve what I was looking for. Looking back at my time with Titanium Performance, I have never been so proud of what I was able to accomplish and Tyler was the reason for that. Hands down, you will not be disappointed after a session with Tyler. I give the highest recommendation from my time with Titanium Performance. I now live in a metro area twice the size of MSP and I simply cannot find anything close to what Tyler gave me during my time there. You will not be disappointed!“

“I've taken a couple workouts at this location and each time I am SWEATING bullets. They have different names for their workouts online that focus on various areas of the body like arms, legs or cardio, etc. I recommend to take a look at their website before signing up for a class so you know what you'll be working on. The screens are a good amount of large monitors on the wall for beginners to look at if it's your first time. They make it really easy for anyone that is new to pick up the exercises quickly. I'll be back again if I want to get a good workout!“

“I have been a student of Guro Chris McWethy for 3 years. He is a very good teacher who is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. The class is well organized and always interesting. I have learned real world basic and intermediate self defense techniques. There is also a lot of stick and some knife work. One night per week is sparring with padded sticks.“

I appreciate working with Tony because he takes the fundamentals seriously, doesn't allow sloppy work, and continues to challenge me. You should never feel like you have learned it all. “I have worked with Von off and on since my youngest (now 12 in 2019) was a baby. In addition to being on top of the latest research on fitness and nutrition he is so creative in helping with individual needs and working with what you have to set you up for success. I couldn’t get to a gym easily with an older child with special needs and he helped me find ways to exercise with my children (we ALL benefitted!) He really understands that building relationships matter when trying to make a healthier you. Highly recommend this guy!“

Lori watches my form, takes into account my goals, knows my strengths and weaknesses and most recently is helping me mentally power through an injury.
