Its a very healing space. She has many modes of. Mind Body healings. Pilates, gyrotonic, TRX...very knowledgeable!
Lonna's studio is the premiere place for Pilates in the Twin Cities. I have been going there for over 15 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
