I had a water softener removed from my outdoor storage closet. Once it was removed, I lifted up the flooring and found it covered with mold. There was also water damage to the wood walls from a leak in the softener. I called Emergency Flood Team to remove the mold. Arrianna contacted me within 10 minutes to schedule my same day appointment. She kept in contact with me to let me know when the crew was en route. The EFT crew was professional and efficient. They explained the process, removed the flooring, scrubbed the cement clean and treated the entire area with anti microbial. I have no idea about water damage or mold and it was a relief to have professionals handle it for me. I highly recommend!

The appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes but we spent nearly an hour walking through what I want in great detail and she was super enthusiastic and engaged the whole way through. The Tiffany Lynne Hair Studio is the best place you can go to. I was looking for someone to help me with my hair it has been box dyed black for years and truly not ever serviced before I was going to a more natural blonde color so I was extremely nervous to go into a salon because of that so I did a lot of research and and thought I would give this place a go. I am extremely satisfied Tiffany did an amazing job she was able to get my color out quickly and efficiently! The vibes in her salon are absolutely amazing! Kristen is amazing. Patient, kind, compassionate, professional, a kid lover, these are just a few words to describe her. She has an amazing way with kids and getting their hair cut. She is patient and guides them through the process, no rushing , no forcing, everything is led by your kids comfortability, which is a life saver for first time cuts, toddlers, and even special need kiddos. On top of being the greatest to work with, she is magic with the clippers. She can make anything happen and make it look good, I can't be thankful enough for her passion in this industry. She always knows exactly what I want and if I want to change it up she's awesome at creating ideas for my style. Her, Rachelle, and Jazz use to work together at another shop but decided to branch out and start their own place and I'm glad they did. My mom and I have been tanning at Platinum Sol for a little over a month now and we love it!! We even drive an additional 10 minutes further than our previous tanning salon to come here because the atmosphere is so relaxing and the tanning beds are fantastic! The whole building is kept incredibly clean and is just overall so relaxing!! Pretty much 10/10 times Sophie is there when my mom and I go and we enjoy chatting with her so much as well! I originally went by myself and Sophie sold me on their beds and the benefits, and then explained everything super easily/clearly for my mom to understand as well when I brought her with me the next time! Sophie also helped us determine which tanning package was best for us and identified some tanning lotions I might like!! Once I have some additional funds free up I am excited to try out their wellness areas as well!!

Her flexibility and dedication were evident when she encountered a personal issue and went out of her way to reschedule my appointment. I requested a deep, bronze express spray tan for my best friend's wedding. I left it on for 6 hours and used the Ulta tanning lotion to keep the tan through the whole weekend. It turned out beautifully! I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful bronze tan!

The associate went in the back and my spray tanning booth was out, I had to get dressed again and wait up front for several minutes the employee was in the office.The spray tan was great and prices are reasonable, but the employee should stay up front in case a member has questions!

My daughter and I came her last weekend for pedicures. I chose this place based on reviews and its near home. We were able to walk in and get our services right away. The massages chairs were nice. They gave us each a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. My daughter really liked that and mentioned it more than once. Mimi did my pedi and I think Denise (the owner did my daughters). Both ladies did a great job! The basic pedi includes hot rocks which we both love. The nail polish selection is huge as is the powders for dips. The prices are very reasonable and appreciated in a time where everything is shockingly expensive. We will be back!

Waxing isn't always the most comfortable but with Rose it was by far one of my best experiences. She is super sweet and friendly. She talks to you through each stage and process while waxing all the parts so you know what's going on. Rose has a lot of knowledge when it comes to wax and makes sure her client is comfortable at all times. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her. Accidentally got my keys locked in my car at 11 pm. I called some 24/7 locksmiths but no one answered except for golden hey locksmith. He arrived at my car within 3-4 minutes and got me into my car in 1 minute. He did not leave any damages on my car and it was a very straight forward and easy process. 100% recommend this locksmith.
When looking for a locksmit I liked that this was a small business owned by former law enforcement due to my dad being lapd. I called and they were able to come out the next day and the owner was friendly. Efficient, and rekeyed my house with multiple doors in under an hour. Also pricing was extremely reasonable. They did a good job cleaning the carpets. The cleaner was professional and answered my questions. I gave 4 stars because the cleaner dumped the dirty water in my front yard instead of in the street and didn’t tell me. It messed up the landscaping by washing away a big spot of dirt and rock. When I saw the dump spot later that evening, I thought a pipe had burst. Gave me a lot of stress until I was able to contact the cleaner.

I would've given 20 stars if I could've! Arizona Hardwood is a class act company all the way! We purchased a fully decorated model home in Queen Creek and upon moving in, we found the existing blonde herringbone hardwood floor to be damaged by water damage, gouging and fading in many areas. Once "Jacob" came out to assess the damages and the possibility of repair, we decided to replace the entire 5000 square feet of herringbone hardwood with Luxury Vinyl Plank, which we selected from the Arizona Hardwood Showroom in Gilbert. Since we enjoy pets and grandchildren, we thought the durability of the LVP would be the best choice. Working with both "Jacob" and "Jason" throughout the entire process was truly WONDERFUL! He was "Johnny on the spot" with returning both calls and emails and was always happy to come out to the house whenever needed or requested. This was a BIG PROJECT that involved pulling up 5000 square feet of hardwood floor, which was literally glued to the foundation and replacing it with LVP -- Such a MESS!!! I was told it would take about 2 weeks to complete the job but it only took 1 week. The guys working in my home were super friendly and professional. They payed careful attention to detail in every aspect and took the time to help to minimize the dust throughout the house. The floors turned out ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! And they are exactly what we wanted. It just doesn't get any better than Arizona Hardwood! They are the best in quality and workmanship and their prices are extremely fair! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! **

We recently had a 1979 sunken tub transformed to a floor level shower only in our Master Bathroom. We love it. No longer do we have the concern of stepping down into the tub and and falling. We chose to go all white on the walls and a light Beige for the shower base. It did take two days to complete because TJC had to remove the sunken tub and fill in with cement. Consequently, that had to set up overnight. The 2nd day was very quick with very little to complete. The team was neat, clean and were able to do a couple additional requests while they were in the house (update the Ventilation, upgrade the plumbing inside a shared wall to the guest bathroom and match the paint). We highly recommend this company to remodel the smallest to the biggest remodel job in your home. The price was right and the company (Corey & Team) were great. We love our new Bathroom.

We have had the pleasure of having Dream Retreats create not one, but two incredible outdoor spaces for our family in the last 15 years. The communication, quality of work and attention to detail that was offered during the first project for our starter home is why we chose Dream Retreats again. The scope of this second project was much larger than the first. We knew what we wanted and after we sat down and talked through the design, Sonny was able to bring our vision to life. He helped us to make design choices that kept us within our budget while allowing us to keep all of the must-haves on our list. When the work began, we were given an anticipated time frame to completion that was spot on. Alex, our project manager, checked in with us regularly. We always knew what was happening next. The crews were here from 7am to 5pm, six days a week in the beginning. They worked so hard and were all super friendly! Lucio was our onsite project manager and he was visible, approachable, and constantly on top of everything. The project had so many different crews! All of the Dream Retreats contractors were focused and efficient. As with any project there were some adjustments that needed to be made as the project progressed but Alex and Lucio worked with us to make sure that we were included in the decisions and there were no surprises. We added some things to the project that required Dream Retreats to work with outside contractors and they coordinated with ease. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Our project is now complete and it is even better than we thought it would be. It is beautiful and every aspect reflects attention to detail and quality workmanship. We are so happy that we chose Dream Retreats again for this second project. We highly recommend this company if you are looking to create the outdoor space of your dreams!

This is the second time I have used the company. The company came out quickly for an estimate, gave a fair quote, provided a reasonable timeframe, and did a really nice job on the project. They are responsive, timely, do the work as contemplated, and even go above and beyond and help with little extras. Easy to communicate and deal with, and have the tools to do anything you can think of. I'll continue to use them for larger landscaping jobs.

These guys do really good work and very happy with how our backyard paver project came out as well as the pavers they did in our center courtyard quality work. They also did our misters and when one of the plastic pipes cracked. They came the next day to fix it much appreciated thank you Anthony!

We live in Ahwatukee and we have a massive ficus tree in our backyard. It is taller than our two-story house. Our next-door neighbor was installing artificial turf in his backyard, and discovered that the roots from our tree extended a significant way into his yard. He was concerned that somehow the roots might affect his plumbing. We called Tree Doctors, and David came out for a consultation. He advised us that we could sever the roots at our wall line and not affect the health of the tree. We trenched along our wall and severed 6 to 8 large roots. It has been almost 4 months and our tree is as healthy as ever. Our neighbors participated in the consultation, and there were some heated moments. David calmly provided data and expertise that greatly helped the situation. He was the ultimate professional. I recommend them unreservedly!
Victor, his son, and crew did a massive trimming of my two summer-stressed 40 year old trees, trimmed 2 Queen Palms, and rid my entire yard of a few years worth of leaf debris. A few months ago, my 2yo daughter fell and chipped her tooth, and we were able to get in and seen right away. I am so glad we found Desert Sky Dermatology and, in particular, Dr. Hannah Hill. Dr. Hill was so proffered, caring and cordial. And I really appreciate that my spouse was able to join me in the exam room to review where I have current skin issues and discuss prior skin cancer issues. Dr. Hill’s assistants (Kayla & Nicholas, PA in training) were very nice and accommodating.
And, finally, Alexis at the front desk was a delight.

Priority Pet Hospital has always gone above and beyond for us. We have been with them for years, and most of our experiences have had to involve last minute emergency appointments. Even when they have no availability they have been able to squeeze us in and Dr. Burns has never ever made us feel rushed, she gives full attention and concern every single time. She is so good about calling us to check on our dog and to talk through any potential options or outcomes. I can't tell you how much we appreciate your honest and realistic approach and advice to how to approach scary and overwhelming situations because she has saved us time and again from having to do or go through more than we need to. When our pup was very young and had a mystery illness that we didn't think she'd survive, Dr. Burns called me morning and evening every day, and let me stop on in when I needed to with her. The staff has always been so kind and the vet techs have always given special attention to our Lucy. They've always known how to handle her best, even when I wasn't sure how they were going to be able to do a certain procedure with her. It's a great team of very caring people.

GVH has been my preferred clinic for well over a decade. BTW.. Every doctor at GVH takes pride in ownership. IMO, the best animal hospital in the Valley.

Dr. Phalen Smith has taken care of my cat for 12 years. She saved his life when he was 5 years old. I have many other reasons why but running out of room.
Dr. Burke has been our family vet for about 13 years. He is such a lovely, kind, caring, and reasonable vet. His family works with him at times; all of them could not be nicer or more kind. The best veterinarian experience or family has ever had. Our dogs love them, and that's what's most important. Dr. Burke has a calm demeanor and direct conversation style. He always wants what's best for the animal. Can recommend them more highly.
My dog had a serious issue with the lense of her eye. Dr. Felchle did an amazing job with surgery and after care to restore my dog's vision. She and her staff were all caring and compassionate in their treatment. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their service.
Maggie received excellent care after dislocating her ankle bone and torn ligaments. They kept in constant contact with us during her one-night stay after surgery providing us with frequent updates on her progress and every few days after until our final visit. I have lived in Tempe,Chandler, Gilbert and have had a few vet experiences but I will forever travel to this vet for care. He spent so much time with our recently adopted pound hound and discovered a knee joint issue and recommended preventative care in order To prevent but probably prolong the issue of a potential surgery. They also call and text follow-ups from appointments. I was struggling to know if I was getting ear drops in far enough to ear canal and the VET actually called back as well as techs. I can't praise this practice enough. We will forever be Anasazi patients for all my babies.
My horse needed a scope done due to chronic choking. It required an impromptu overnight stay due to some technical issues. Georgia didn’t seem to mind. In fact, she refused to load. How many people does it take to load Georgia? Quite a few. But the wonderful vets and techs at Arizona Equine got her in!
They went above and beyond during her stay. Georgia said, “five stars. Didn’t like the tube down my nose. But would stay here again. Good amenities.”
The scope was done quickly and everything was explained along the way. Was able to do it without sedation and they kept my horse calm through it.
I will be switching to Arizona Equine for all of my horse needs going forward.
I had used them back in 2021 when I had to help my first horse cross. They came so quickly on a Sunday morning. They were very patient and compassionate despite the fact it was a muddy rainy mess. Let me take a few more minutes to say goodbye and ensured his comfort through it all.

Never have I seen someone so adept at cat nail trimming. Took my spicy cat Polly and totally clipped her nails in less than a minute. She normally is drama with a capital D. Just moved to the area and if we need a service they provide we will use them. Wish I could give extra stars.
I have an older dog with arthritis in her hips who is extremely weary and cautious with strangers. I took her in to get groomed by Jen and Jen did an excellent job. Not only that she went slow, took her time and didn’t force anything. She made my dog feel comfortable and I will definitely be coming back. Best groomer ever!

I have been going to yoga spot since about 2014 and as of the past couple years had been sharing a family plan with my daughter. My daughter has since gone off to college and can’t make class very often only when she is home and I have a new work schedule that’s made it pretty difficult to get into class. Autumn and Gina have ALWAYS supported me as the customer to ensure my paid classes are available to use when we aren’t able to use them in the 1 year timeframe. They have always worked with me to ensure the money I’ve paid isn’t wasted and always supporting the customer. I always feel like I am missed at class when I show up after a couple months and receive a warm welcome and “we missed you” from Gina :) I would highly recommend this yoga studio not only for its wonderful instructors and beautiful studio but also the way in which they treat their customers, they are top notch!! Last night was my second time seeing Chrissy for a deep tissue Swedish massage. The first time, I booked a 30-minute session, but as I was lying there, I found myself wishing I had opted for the full hour. This time, I went for the 60-minute massage, and Chrissy did an incredible job. I have lingering issues with my legs and feet from prior military injuries, and Chrissy was exceptionally attentive. She worked on my lower back and then focused carefully on my legs, providing much-needed relief. I slept like a baby afterward! I highly recommend Chrissy for anyone looking for a thorough and effective massage experience.

Sean is welcoming, informative about the process, and really listens to what you need, tailoring your session accordingly and constantly requesting feedback to ensure you're having a good experience.From his professional yet friendly demeanor to the coziness of the environment, from the enjoyable conversation to the release of tension in muscles I didn't even know existed, it was all just an A+ experience. My only complaint is that Google doesn't have a 6th star for this guy. Will definitely be returning soon.

My husband is 92 years old. Between both of us, we have had quite a few physical therapy experiences. Carling Physical therapy's treatment process is different from all of our other experiences and is by far the best for us. My husband had a fall a little more than a month ago. He was not able to raise his arms and shoulders to perform the smallest daily task such as picking up his glass to drink water, and he was in pain constantly. Now, he is free to move his arms and shoulders without discomfort. He still has a little way to go but the improvement was stunning. And that is without having to take any medication because Steve, the owner, doesn't encourage his patients to take pain pills. Also, he and his team focus on hands-on therapy. Each patient receives a needed massage in every session. According to my husband, massage works miracles for him. Also, they work very hard to accommodate our insurance program benefits. Which is a great blessing for us. Steve and all the staff members are knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and thoughtful. That's a huge plus.

I took the introduction to riding there. I had taken basic first and it didn't go well lol. Chris w. And Michael who is a red head I forgot his last name are very patient and good at instruction and helped me to get riding. They actually paid attention to each rider and gave great advice
Instructors are AMAZING!!!!!! I went on multiple drives with our daughter and they gave so much good information and really explained everything so well. So patient and kind!!!!! All of our instructors had so much experience such as police officers, ect. We were so impressed and it helped our daughter SO MUCH!
