This salon is quite a treasure. The easy online scheduling is convenient to choose a time that works around my schedule, and I have yet to encounter a long wait time. Pats meticulousness makes it quite apparent that she takes pride in her work, I've never had that moment where I look in the mirror the next day and that one annoying spot of hair suddenly appears that was missed . I think the thing I appreciate the most, though, is her ability to do it all while maintaining a lighthearted conversation. It doesn't feel like an interrogation and we always pick up where we left off.

Pat is an excellent stylist, she helped me to overcome fear of change and got me to try highlights, and I LOVED them! I should have tried them years ago, but never had a stylist who gave me complete confidence in her skills. Fair pricing as well.

Phatt does a great job on my hair and the new ownership is wonderful! The service is great and I have been going to the same spa now for almost 4 years! I highly recommend this salon!
