The OSR team out in Santan Valley is fantastic. If I have to get up at 7 AM and do PT this is the crew I want to do it with. My experience has been with Jen and Cameron and I highly recommend them.

After my wife underwent shoulder surgery for the rotator cuff, upper and lower biceps tendon, we were directed to a nearby physical therapy office at her request. After three months, the Orthopedic surgeon who performed the surgery informed us that her shoulder had frozen. I have suggested a referral to another highly professional facility, hoping to avoid a second surgery. This led us to OSR.
