After getting rear ended I had 3 weeks of debilitating back pain and my regular chiropractor, stretching, and routines that usually remedy any fatigue were not working. The trigger point massage and adjustment is the first time I have felt any type of relief since the accident. He came highly recommended to me and I can easily say I will be doing the same moving forward! I can't thank Dr. Zak enough!

I was extremely impressed with Stephanie's ability to get rid of my migraine and TMJ tension. After one session I felt so much better. I will be returning and referring people to her as well. She is a skilled massage therapist.

Stephanie is the best body work person in the east valley. There is no one who can come close to what this woman does to improve your mobility. For Stephanie it's more than a paycheck it's about improving the quality of life for her clients and that is a rare find. She's always kind and upbeat and just a joy to have working on your person. In short she's one of a kind and if you are in the market for more than a masseuse then, you should give Stephanie a try, you won't be disappointed. PS. I hesitate to write this review because of selfish reason of wanting to keep Stephanie my little secret so I'll always be able to get in to see her.
