* When the water line to our ice maker burst while we were away for the summer,we needed to find a company we could work with long distance. When we hired Western Skies and worked directly with owner Dustin Resch, it made our nightmare turn into a pleasant experience. I had to fly in to pick countertops, cabinets and flooring and Dustin was with me every step of the way. When there was an issue to be resolved, he fixed it and answered our texts and calls , and addressed our concerns quickly. His choice of subcontractors was an added surprise. Western Skies repaired our home after a water loss. They were easy to work with, and they did very, very good work. They answered any question we had -- from how repairs happen to how our homeowners insurance works. All the employees we interacted with were kind and professional. They graciously took care of everything, even some details that might be commonplace but were really stressful to me (like wood chips and dust inside all our cabinets). We hope to never need home repairs like what we just went through... but we would ask for them again. And we would definitely use them for pre-planned renovations!
