#1 John immediately put me at ease. I felt safe having him come into a house.#2 he solved my immediate problem very quickly#3 offered to check other locks that may have had the same problem; 1 did and 2 others did not
Called because my garage door latch broke, they had someone out in 40 mins. Very nice, clean, and professional. Better prices than I thought too! Next time I need a locksmith, they're going to be my first call!
