Paul has been to my house several times for service. He is always fast, friendly and professional. Office personnel are also friendly and always confirm appointments and call to follow up on service. Its nice to see a company that still believes in customer service !

Gold Star Plumbing was referred to me as a company that had all of the necessary tools to help me with my slab leak. From the first call until the technician's, Paul Navarrette, and Mike Hill showed up to assist us with our problem they worked as a team to strategize a solution. They were both very professional in every way. They kept me informed of the status and steps moving forward in their findings. Both Paul and Mike were able to troubleshoot the problem and come up with a solution; minimal cuts through drywall and none to the floor.
