They went the extra mile for me. I had to have door locks and keys made to send up to AK he explained how to change the lock and put the new one in. It was sent up and my son had no problems installing it and it worked perfectly. Great customer service and very patient with me explaining everything so I could pass it along.

Amazing fast service. I called Pennington Locksmith for a vehicle lockout, they showed up in 25 minutes and got the vehicle unlocked in less the 15 seconds. The tech was extremely polite. He was extra careful with the vehicle. The agent on the phone was very polite and answered all my questions. Will definitely use them again.

Just bought a new house and needed all the locks rekeyed. Called them in the morning and they answered right away and we set up an appointment for that afternoon. The technician (Mike) came out at the scheduled time and got all the locks done within an hour. Great communication and fast response. I will definitely use them in the future.
