They were only subscribing medication. In this clinic they treated him with medication and took out the metal piece. Overall highly recommend. Helped allot. “Arrived on a Monday afternoon and we were greeted immediately upon arrival and someone was assigned right away to work with us in selecting frames and lenses. Staff were friendly and quite knowledgeable in all detailed specs for the frames and lenses and processing the insurance.“
“I selected Visionworks Tacoma as it was in my insurance network. The appointment was easy to make, and I received reminders in the days leading up to it. The eye test process was very thorough. I got Retinal screening photos as well, which took complete photos of my eyeball. Dr. Jeff Chu was very kind, and explained the retinal photos while he tested my vision. Sera Casto helped me pick out my glasses/frames, and was very patient & friendly throughout the process. I would definitely recommend getting your vision checked here!“
“I was able to schedule an appointment on a Friday for Monday, that was nice. My PCP could never. They take wellpoint/apple here for the exam, so my appointment was free. Showed up Monday and was seen fairly quickly, the optometrist was very friendly and answered all my questions easily. For an optometrist appointment it was surprisingly pleasant. All the staff here are very nice.“

“At a wellness visit at the beginning of the school year, it came to our attention that my oldest son was possibly in need of glasses. Our pediatrician recommended we take him to a legit optometrist place (and not just a large chain) to get him correctly examined. I found Family EyeCare Associates on Yelp and so glad I did! Check-in was simple and easy and all the front desk ladies working that morning absolutely loved my son and were great with him. During his exam, the eye care assistants (not sure what they are officially called, sorry!) were great with him and his five year old energy and silliness during the exam as well.We ended up seeing Dr. Pincock who was really kind and great with my son as well. He was super thorough in his exam with my son and made him really comfortable with every step of the process. We were able to find out that my son really was in need of glasses, and out the door (after insurance) for his exam and fancy bendable glasses, it was only $80! So glad to have discovered this spot and we'll continue to make them our primary eye care office.“

“Received a very pleasant visit while getting my eye exam yesterday. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help me out with my Eyeglasses that I purchased from LensCrafters. I will be returning on Friday to order me some new glasses even though they fixed my old glasses for me at no charge. Can’t wait to get some progressives glasses and see if they are better than my current Bifocals that I ended up getting at LensCrafters because the progresses ones that they sold me were not working out. My nose pieces kept falling off, and in the past I had to order new glasses because they could not fix them At LensCrafters but now they seem to be on their solid due to the good craftsmanship I received here.“

They were closed, and rearranging the store, BUT they told me to come in to fix them. 2 minutes later, the lens was put back and even popped in the other one (didn't know it dislodged).
