My husband and I have been patients here since it opened. We have watched it grow and have never had anything close to a bad experience. The staff is knowledgable, super friendly and convey a positive attitude every time we go in. The quality of the products and the service we receive is unmatched! They always have the latest technology in eye care and eyewear which we love! We feel genuinely cared for and look forward to every visit as we are treated as part of their family. As far as we’re concerned, they have patients/ customers for life!
I have severe problems with the shape of my corneas because of cornea transplants in both eyes due to Keratoconus.Dr Shin has fit my eyes faster and better with both gas permeable and scleral lenses. The gas permeable stay in my eyes without popping out. It is amazing! I have never been fit so well. I am really lucky Gig Harbor Eye Care is close by. Honestly if anyone out there needs a special fit I would travel to utilize his expertise.The staff is always professional, helpful and the office is very clean. I highly recommend.
I love coming in for my appointments. You have the best staff I have ever encountered at an eye doctors office. Everything was explained as we went through the exam and I was shown the images of my eyes. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and caring, a wonderful experience.
