“i went there to get some phillip head screws for my the glasses that i had purchased at costco. i was at a local grocery store, and one of my lenses fell out. i spent an hour going back over my steps and the route that i used trying to find that lense. no luck, so i had to go back to costco & get another lense. alas, they only replace sets. it cost me $160.00. when i look at my glasses, the straight slot screw was loose. well, i`m an old man(78) and i don`t see as well as when i was younger. straight slot screws are very hard for me to deal with. so i asked the staff lady if they had phillip`s head screws, which are much easier for me to deal with. she took them to the back room, & replaced the screws. i asked her how much i owed her? she said nothing was owed! i`m a google maps & reviews guide, so i asked her if i could do a review? took a video. when i got home i did a review & photo thing, & put thier little store on the google map. i`ll be going back there to get my next set of glasses. i also put thread lock on those fasteners, so they don`t come loose!! i appreciate thoughtful people, and i`ll do everything i can to promote that establishment.“
