Throughout the process she was helpful and seemed concerned about what I wanted and needed from my glasses. This was a wonderful experience and i would highly recommend them!“
“Greatest customer service and affordable glasses repair.They repaired my wire frame glasses when the nose pad snapped off, they were the only place that told me they would be able to do the repair (I contacted multiple businesses, even jewelers, no one else would do it). I got them back with brand new nose pads and everything was tightened feeling new again.(Note: they dont do the soldering at this location, your glasses will be mailed)I would recommend them to anybody.“

Quite a surprise to have such a nice store in our little city of Bonney Lake, always thought I'd have to go to a bigger city for excellent care, but very happy to have one close by. Very clean office and always on-time.“
“I have been going to this clinic for 4 years. Initially chose them due to being covered by my insurance. The doctor has always been on time, patient, & explains things thoroughly. I haven't had much interaction with the gentleman that takes care of glasses but he s ms kind. The space appointments out well and you are rarely waiting on your appointment past when it is time. The front desk staff seems to different every year but they have always been kind and helpful. I have thought about switching to a chain but I like the personal experience here and not being the next person in line of if I need help.“
“I had ordered some progressive eyeglasses from an online store. I could not see at all, so I returned them. I went into Vista Optical located in Fred Meyer and met Brytani. She was AWESOME. She had me check my prescription with my doctor. I found it was good. It was just that the online store was poor in quality. She ordered my glasses after finding me a fantastic deal. I got a pair of regular progressives and a pair of sunglasses. They were perfect! The manager of the store is super helpful too. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Go there and SEE for yourself!“

They make you feel very comfortable letting you know what they are doing before they do anything. I don't think I realized how at ease that will make you. “I've been a customer at America's best since I was in high school and now I'm 38. I was going to elaborate-in regards to the immaculate care I've received, the professional and helpful staff and overall amazing experience I've had with this business. On second thought, however, I think my above statement regarding being a customer for 20 years should speak for itself.This is not what my review today is about though.I have three small children and my new glasses were unfortunately destroyed. When I went to reach for my contacts, I was out. I absolutely cannot fully function without one or the other. Since I couldn't get a same day appointment with Kent, they were able to get me in at Federal Way that afternoon. I explained to them what the situation was and my high level of distress not being able to see. They reassured me that I am covered under warranty and that my prescriptions are well within valid etc and will for sure be able help.The doctor was rude, short, unprofessional and I honestly feel like he's trying to run some sort of scam. I had both glasses and contact prescription in which both still had well over a year before expiration. This doctor would not help me until I scheduled a new patient exam for the very next day. ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS ORDER REPLACEMENT CONTACTS AND GLASSES. My glasses are covered under insurance but he refused to reorder them. Only 3 times ever has a situation come up where I was left without being able to see. America's best has ALWAYS sent me away with something at least to hold me over, irregardless of the circumstances they have always been LITERALLY America's Best. UNTIL THIS DAY IN FEDERAL WAY LOCATION!! I was treated so poorly that I almost took my business somewhere else it was THAT bad of an experience.Just want all hope seemed lost I decided to call my regular location which is Kent and basically had a meltdown about the entire situation. I was put in touch with the manager, a fantastic and amazing person named Alisha. She ABSOLUTELY CHANGED my entire circumstance around. I don't just mean by fixing the problem; she went far above and beyond the call of duty by listening without judgment, actually taking the time to figure out the best way for an immediate solution and did it with such sincerity and genuine good nature. I'm not sure if she preemptively let the staff know to be extra nice to me or not that day but it felt like they were. I went from being defeated and enraged etc to a customer for life, once again.I don't mean to put Federal Way on blast like that but I have been there a total of 3 to 5 times. Each experience more increasingly disastrous than the last.The Kent location of America's best runs like a Swiss watch. They provide world-class service and are efficient, professional, knowledgeable, helpful I really just can't say enough good things. I hope Alisha gets a HUGE bonus or raise this holiday season because I actually saw on previous reviews how she was mentioned as well so thank you again to her and ALL the staff.This one was a little lengthy so thanks for reading!!“

“I had a great experience yesterday with Dr. Kosnoski and the front desk staff. I had something stuck on my eye-literally stuck I tried everything to get it out. Probably a piece of plaster or drywall since we are renovating our house (always wear your PPE folks). Never having experienced this before I walked in simply to ask what to do, or thought I’d need to make an appointment to come back. They were able to squeeze me in for a medical service. After some numbing drops and a some tool later- Dr. Kosnoski got the item off my eye and told me it was good I came in cause I wouldn’t have gotten it off myself. He was very friendly and I’m glad I chose this office for my eye problems.“
