I have gone to Vista Optical inside of Fred Meyer in Auburn for at least the past 10 years. Dr Lee has always been easy to talk with and any new concerns with my aging eyes. I think the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This year after my eye exam with Dr Lee, I got to choose new hardware. Insurance says every other year so I'm careful usually and asked for help as I do each time. I discussed my concerns on weight of new frames and how it could contribute to my migraines. I live a good distance away from Auburn now, but went back to see if they could help with options because I couldn't wear the new glasses they were just too heavy and I got migraines more frequent....read full review
The team’s focus on an excellent customer experience at the Auburn Fred Meyer Vista Optical location is the reason why I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. With employees like Trent and Dr. Lee, who have always went above and beyond for me, is what keeps me coming back!
The associate at the Auburn location named Oz was Absolutely Amazing!! Very friendly, approachable and treated my sister and I like friends! We need more people like Oz in Customer Service! Thank you Oz for an Amazing Experience!!
