I had ordered some progressive eyeglasses from an online store. I could not see at all, so I returned them. I went into Vista Optical located in Fred Meyer and met Brytani. She was AWESOME. She had me check my prescription with my doctor. I found it was good. It was just that the online store was poor in quality. She ordered my glasses after finding me a fantastic deal. I got a pair of regular progressives and a pair of sunglasses. They were perfect! The manager of the store is super helpful too. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Go there and SEE for yourself!

Lost a contact down the drain...thought I would just call to order new contact, but while waiting purchase a soft contact to use in the interim. This is not something odd as have done this before with other places. When calling the location was told that they can order the contacts, but they cannot get me a soft contact to purchase as the Dr. will not be in until Thursday and no they do not have a single Dr. in until Thursday--no one to help me while I wait 6 days for a Dr. to sell me a soft contact lens. This is not convenient and is a bit ridiculous to ask of patients. ***after voicing my frustration, the Dr. office did call back to try to help and offered a discount on the contacts.** revised my review...still inconvenient but at least they did offer to help and provided better customer service. ***post update, now that the Dr is in, I was able to talk with him and get soft contacts to use while waiting for the gas perm contact to come in. And they did not charge me for these contacts. That is great customer service!!

I had recently changed my insurance and found this place via my insurance website. The staff was friendly, the glasses selection is modest and Dr. Lee is great! My prescription is high and it was the first time an eye doctor check my prescription with a pair of practice lenses to make sure i felt comfortable in them. I'm happy i found this place and will be coming back for contacts
