We had 2 eye exams and ordered 4 pairs of glasses. The glasses were made just as ordered but when I asked to change out one pair, just because of a personal preference, they made the new glasses for me just to make sure I was totally satisfied. Great job Mary!

Amazing customer service ! The manager with the long pretty hair took an hour to help me with my insurance coverage so I could get my contacts and glasses ordered today ! I really appreciate all the help and patience she gave me ! Thank you so much !

I'm honestly surprised to read any complaints about the customer service here! The two ladies there have been there a long time and have ALWAYS bent over backwards to help me figure out my insurance, etc. I've been going here for 10 years, even though the doctor I really liked left, because the two ladies there have always been so helpful and friendly.
