“Greatest customer service and affordable glasses repair.They repaired my wire frame glasses when the nose pad snapped off, they were the only place that told me they would be able to do the repair (I contacted multiple businesses, even jewelers, no one else would do it). I got them back with brand new nose pads and everything was tightened feeling new again.(Note: they dont do the soldering at this location, your glasses will be mailed)I would recommend them to anybody.“

The staff and Dr were all very supportive and attentive to his needs especially due to his current medical state. I will now also make Miller eye care my eye clinic.Coffee bar was a added bonus!“

“i went there to get some phillip head screws for my the glasses that i had purchased at costco. i was at a local grocery store, and one of my lenses fell out. i spent an hour going back over my steps and the route that i used trying to find that lense. no luck, so i had to go back to costco & get another lense. alas, they only replace sets. it cost me $160.00. when i look at my glasses, the straight slot screw was loose. well, i`m an old man(78) and i don`t see as well as when i was younger. straight slot screws are very hard for me to deal with. so i asked the staff lady if they had phillip`s head screws, which are much easier for me to deal with. she took them to the back room, & replaced the screws. i asked her how much i owed her? she said nothing was owed! i`m a google maps & reviews guide, so i asked her if i could do a review? took a video. when i got home i did a review & photo thing, & put thier little store on the google map. i`ll be going back there to get my next set of glasses. i also put thread lock on those fasteners, so they don`t come loose!! i appreciate thoughtful people, and i`ll do everything i can to promote that establishment.“

“Made an appointment with them for the first time since I snapped my glasses in half. Everyone was super fast and understanding. They gave me trial contacts to wear until my glasses came in. The doctor was amazing! And had a pretty nice conversation :) Also Ricky helped my mom save a lot of money especially two pairs of glasses with special add ons.“
“Went in today for broken frames and Halima Al-Tahir was great at assisting me with getting me new frame to fix my glasses will for sure go back for any future things or appointments I need in the future“
“I have been going to this clinic for 4 years. Initially chose them due to being covered by my insurance. The doctor has always been on time, patient, & explains things thoroughly. I haven't had much interaction with the gentleman that takes care of glasses but he s ms kind. The space appointments out well and you are rarely waiting on your appointment past when it is time. The front desk staff seems to different every year but they have always been kind and helpful. I have thought about switching to a chain but I like the personal experience here and not being the next person in line of if I need help.“

“So I've noticed the deal with lower cost optometrist such as America's best Walmart for example the initial exam fee might cost a little more but then the products cost less at Walmart versus America's Best it's vice versa the exam might cost less but then their products cost more. I got really sick of dealing with the people at America's Best in tukwila so I said to hell with them I went to this Walmart. I have to get another eye exam soon so let's see how it goes 2nd time ?“
