I had a scary eye emergency and they fit me in the same day I called. They were super busy but the staff was great and the optometrist spent a good amount of time explaining to me the situation and answering all of my questions. Everyone in the office was extremely professional and friendly.
The staff was great only accept for the front desk. I have been a pearl vision I think for over 5 years. My insurance covers a 100% and she kinda argued with me about it with a co pay. So I'm going to give you a 4 and that's just for the staff not her.
The customer service and selection are great. The only problem I have is with the cleanliness. There are beverages spilled and running down doors in the eye test area. There is black “gunk” on the plastic where the frame nose piece sits. I have to try the frames on to see if they fit and look acceptable but am completely grossed out each time I pick a frame up. Customer service and frame selection are the only reason I gave you 4 stars.
