“I woke up one morning in the middle of June to find a msg from my tenant that the AC unit wasn't working. I'm thinking, "OMG, it's June in TX. Won't all the HVAC service companies be booked for days?" I live in CA's Bay Area, so we don't have AC. But my gal pal in TX started making calls and we quickly found out that my first thoughts were correct in that so many places couldn't even stop by for at least 2 days. Some were even booked out a week. My contact from Hamilton Painting recommended Chilly Air, and I'm so thankful that he did. Chilly Air came out the SAME DAY and even though they weren't able to repair the unit, they left a window AC unit for my tenant in the meantime til we figured out what could be done. They couldn't get someone out the next day, but they were there at 7am the following day to replace the unit for me. Chilly Air, you are lifesavers!!! THANK YOU for the amazing service!!!“

“Our A/C went out and AirCo sent Mario R. out right away to diagnose the problem. It didn't take him long to determine what was wrong and provide my repair options, along with his recommendation on how to proceed with the repair. He explained all of the options and pricing and I appreciate his honesty and expertise.We decided the best option was to replace the entire unit and AirCo was able to get that out to us ASAP to get our house cool again. Fernando O. and Johnathon G. showed up with the new unit the next morning and told me they'd have us back up and running in a couple of hours. That's exactly what they did!We have used AirCo for years, and they were able to keep the unit that came with our home running for 16 years. “I first called out Mike and 1431 AC in 2006 and have been using him ever since. Not only does he know how to get your systems to work right the first time, but he is extremely fair, honest, and reasonable with his service and pricing. Today, the air handler he replaced for me would have cost me several thousands more with another company. He only fixes what is needed. On a few occasions talked me out of spending more on items I thought I might need replaced and he told me it was not necessary. He could have easily made a lot more money, but since he shoots straight, he advised me otherwise. If you are looking for a straight shooter who is extremely fair and well priced, I cannot recommend anyone higher than 1431 AC and Mike.“

“These guys really know their stuff. My ac decide to go out during the summer and Eddie with Priority was able to diagnose the issue over the phone the first time. However, we still needed some help with an additional issue. They came the next day and after an hour, had the system cleaned and running, with new thermostat installed. I would highly recommend their work!“

“I recently had my Lennox evaporator coil fail after 4 1/2 years and I was referred to Epic Mechanical by a family member. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company that came out and gave me the best estimate over the other companies I spoke to. TJ & Daniel quickly addressed the issue and suggested that I not replace the coil with another Lennox product since their coils fail constantly. They suggested another brand that has a 10-year warranty. Daniel arrived on time and had our AC up and running in no time. This time of year there can be issues with residential AC systems and I recommend you call Epic first! Fantastic company!!!!“
