From beginning to end of repair, The Crows plumbing staff were professional, congenial, respectful , and efficient. From the first call they treated my plumbing situation with respect and knowledge. My assigned plumber Paul was very professional and cordial. As soon as he received info on problem he went straight into troubleshooting. Before working Paul gave me an assessment of cost and labor to complete job. All price seemed fair and quality of work was great and efficient. Jacob and Garrett were great! They called first thing in the morning and showed up within 10 mins. Very professional! I was given several options for a new water heater, including an automatic leak detector that shuts off the water in the event of a problem. Mine is located in the attic, accessible from the second floor, which was a challenge. Jacob managed to find a model that was "skinny" enough to fit through the opening, and with Garrett's help was able to install quickly without any issues. Now everything is up to code and working great.
