“I highly recommend this company. After our AC went out, my wife and I called a few different repair companies/contractors, but nobody ever called us back. Brent was the only person to answer and was completely honest letting me know he was booked up that day and wouldn't be able to come out till the next afternoon.He also said if I wanted to try to find anyone who could come out that day he understood, but I could call him back if needed. Well, Long story short, we didn't really call anyone else, we just waited to see if anyone we had already called would call us back, but they didn'tAfter a few hours, I called Brent back and left a message and he called me back that day and he said he could come out the following afternoon. The next day he called before arriving to let me know he was on his way, as promised. Only took about 10 minutes for him to show up and he basically had everything fixed and working in about 30 minutes. After spending 2 days inside a 87-90 degree house, we are super grateful. “These guys are amazing!I needed an entirely new 5 ton unit installed and new exposed ductwork installed. Edgar and the guys did incredible work and kept the house clean during the entire install. A great team of friendly people and they made sure everything was working properly even days after install following up with me. I even had a schedule conflict and they worked around it still getting the work done quickly. “WOW can't thank Jeff enough for his service. We are a commercial customer. When we noticed the building was warm this morning our Property Manager asked if we knew anyone in the Business and luckily one of our Board members mentioned Jeff. He said he was able to come by same day. He showed up early and within minutes had one of our units working after replacing a part that he had in his Truck. He then checked the other unit and had that one fixed in short order with another part.I would highly recommend his service to anyone. I am shocked at the level of service he gave us and will never call anyone else for AC Service. I wish I could say it better. He was just great.“

“Chino was great!!! My only complaint was calling all day Saturday and Sunday and no tech getting my messages. My unit wasn't fixed until Tuesday evening. Again, Chino the technician who came out Monday to run diagnostic and then Tuesday to install the new motor was amazing and fast! I appreciate him so much. And I appreciate Chelsea at the office for bearing with me as I called several times to make sure I was going to get serviced.“

“Last week my home downstairs HVAC system cratered and began the search process for replacement. Of the four companies contacted (three came on-site and one was over 1.5 hours late for their 2 hour appointment window) one clearly stood out with respect to equipment quality, value/ROI, transparency, knowledge, punctuality and overall competence: Evenaire ex-Pflugerville.They are locally owned and managed. Nick walked me through the process, was informative without the hard sell and supplied written replacement options within 20 minutes. Installation was top-notch (received quotes on a Thursday/system on-line the following Tuesday), financing was expedient/excellent terms and his two-man team were conscientious with respect to my home inside and out, e.g. drop cloths, no damage, removed all traces of the old system (even swept the floors) and were in and out within 4 hours.
