“We really like Vic and his team. They are prompt and do good work. My 4-star rating is due to my 10yr parts and labor warranty. I had a coil leak the Freon, creating one visit to charge the unit and get me cool again ($400), this included a splash of vinegar down the drains and a brief external hosing units off as well. The second visit to install the coils ($300). I was thinking 10yr parts and labor warranty with a unit failure would be free. This was well worth the price if no warranty, but it clearly states on original receipt 10 years parts and labor. Make sure you talk to Vic personally and understand warranties and any potential charges, as we commonly find, some things aren’t exactly what they say they are. Seems like the manufacturers would have to stand behind these costs, not the customer. Guessing in normal economy Vic would have eaten some of this, but understand we want him around and if it costs a bit it’s okay.“
“Update: we are at 21 years! What sorcery is this?! Skillz!My AC is SIXTEEN years old with no signs of dying, they come service it once a year and have kept this bad boy going. We are poor we need this. And they take the time to educate you, literal hands on maint. education!“

“Awesome service on Laborday. Both gentlemen explained everything in detail about what was needed to repair the air conditioner. The lady in the office checked on parts that were available, and they came back the next day to finish installing the new air conditioner. I will definitely use them again.“
