“What an amazing team of people! I came home from vacation and my house was hot. It was hot outside- Austin in the summer hot. I spoke with Petra and she was able to get a technician out within a couple of hours. That in itself is quite a feat given it was after 1:30pm.Jaime Ortega was dispatched and came to check the system. This guy has great customer service skills! He is a is very respectful, polite, communicate well, explains what is going on and is very thorough. He was joined by Carlos, who is also very polite, considerate and knowledgeable. These guys make a really great team. I was told there were several problems and I explained I had been trying to deal with one side of my house not working properly and the other side never getting cool in the summer and warm in the winter. My electric bills over the last 2 months were unsustainable.They went into the attic and traced down all the ductwork, discovered some of it had been installed incorrectly and they formulated a solution.It was also decided by me to replace the entire AC system. By the time this was decided, it was well after 6:30pm. I asked when we would be able to get this to happen and they said - tomorrow!They showed up on time and regretably I did not get the 3rd team member's name- and he deserves a shout out too. They worked for more than 8 hours in that horrible heat- got the system installed and everything cleaned up, packed up, and left the space better than they found it. I really appreciate skilled professionals that respect someone's home and who take the time to talk with me and let me know what is going on, what they are finding and how to take care of my investment.I have chosen for several years to be part of their maintenance membership plan and I have never been disappointed- even when I have an unexpected event - like a system failure while on vacation.I have had the privilege of meeting one of the owners, talking with the administrative staff, and 3 technicians that are really awesome people. These guys care about the quality of work they perform and they work to keep their customers happy. No wonder they have such great reviews! I am very happy with the service I received, the way I was treated and the value they bring to their industry. Keep up the good work! He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a few recommendations, and completed the fix all in about an hour. He tool before and after temperature readings of the vents and ducts. He even gave us tips to maintain our system better ourselves for the future. Best AC technician and company I have personally dealt with.“

“It's not easy to find honest HVAC repair people. Most of them will just replace parts and charge you 3 times the cost plus labor. These guys are different. One of our heaters had an issue with the gas valve not opening in really cold temperatures. Huber sent a technician to take a look. He could not replicate the issue. He then checked everything and adjusted the gas pressure and said, if the problem comes again, let them know. Didn't even charge anything. You won't find any better service than these guys.“
“I highly recommend this company. After our AC went out, my wife and I called a few different repair companies/contractors, but nobody ever called us back. Brent was the only person to answer and was completely honest letting me know he was booked up that day and wouldn't be able to come out till the next afternoon.He also said if I wanted to try to find anyone who could come out that day he understood, but I could call him back if needed. Well, Long story short, we didn't really call anyone else, we just waited to see if anyone we had already called would call us back, but they didn'tAfter a few hours, I called Brent back and left a message and he called me back that day and he said he could come out the following afternoon. The next day he called before arriving to let me know he was on his way, as promised. Only took about 10 minutes for him to show up and he basically had everything fixed and working in about 30 minutes. After spending 2 days inside a 87-90 degree house, we are super grateful. Thank you Brent. You made our day!“

“WOW can't thank Jeff enough for his service. We are a commercial customer. When we noticed the building was warm this morning our Property Manager asked if we knew anyone in the Business and luckily one of our Board members mentioned Jeff. He said he was able to come by same day. He showed up early and within minutes had one of our units working after replacing a part that he had in his Truck. He then checked the other unit and had that one fixed in short order with another part.I would highly recommend his service to anyone. I am shocked at the level of service he gave us and will never call anyone else for AC Service. I wish I could say it better. He was just great.“

“Update: Nearly 4 years after they helped me originally, I called Air Recovery again and they came back out to my home because my a/c was not working. As it was 100+ degrees outside, it was way too hot to live without air conditioning, and Tony and Dan were awesome about coming out right away and fixing my a/c system. Now thanks to Tony and Dan all is right at my house again and I am a happy gal.Very honest and reliable. Had Air Recovery come out for a 2nd opinion on an $800 estimate in repairs for my heating system which it turns out were not needed at all. Will definitely call them again.“
