Martin was fast, reasonably priced and did an amazing job. He was able to help me out in a tough situation with below freezing temperatures outside he managed to do a same day service call despite me calling late in the afternoon. He worked during the evening and got my heater on the same day and I was extremely grateful! Great company 10/10!
Let me start by saying our a/c has been out since May 5th.. and MARTINE FROM BIG AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING HOOKED US UP HIS FIRST TRY! Call, him. look around if you want to lol but call this dude.There were 2 other companies that came out and it still wasn't working and despite one of their 4.5 start reviews one of the other companies was more like a 1. I wasn't given an update on what repair was done at all. Just a "Well if it works who cares" .. Me. I do.The other company I will say was helpful with investigation.But Martine heard that I had some knowledge of HVAC, sat down with me and listened to everything that was done before him (before touching anything) asked...read full review
Martin and his crew are lifesavers. It’s 105 degrees in Texas, and my AC went out. They were to the house within an hour of my call, and had everything fixed shortly after! Thanks again!!Service: A/C system maintenance
