“On the day of my scheduled appointment for a complete AC/Heating inspection, I was contacted by the A+ office saying that their technician will be at our address in 20 minutes.Charles, an experienced technician that I had at a previous appointment, was on time and announced for what he was scheduled to complete. Following his inspection of two AC units, he expertly and clearly explained and revealed his findings. After asking me if I was using my phone to control the existing Ecobee thermostat and acknowledging my response, he volunteered to help me download the application for the Ecobee thermostat which had been previously placed by them. “We recently heard critters in the attic of our recently-built house (our 3rd house in the area over 21 years), so we called ABC again to come seal the house so no more could ever get in. ABC did a great job on our previous 2 houses, so it was an obvious choice to have them take care of this house too.The technician, Michael, spent all morning sealing all of the potential entry points around the house, so we'll be rodent-free from now on.The reason I am writing this review though is because Michael went way above and beyond what was required. He asked me to provide him with the extra paint from the home build so he could color match the shiny metal flashing used to seal openings around the roof edges to the house trim. When he was finished, I couldn't even see where he had used any of the metal flashing. It looks perfect now, and we really appreciate him doing such a perfect job for us (not to mention removing the potential for future pest infestations!) Great job, Michael -- you're another big reason we keep coming back to ABC!“

Stan’s Plumbing took care of everything at a reasonable price, from getting city permit to final inspection. “These guys really know their stuff. My ac decide to go out during the summer and Eddie with Priority was able to diagnose the issue over the phone the first time. However, we still needed some help with an additional issue. They came the next day and after an hour, had the system cleaned and running, with new thermostat installed. I would highly recommend their work!“

“Alex and his crew installed a completely new Geothermal Heat Pump, replacing a 20 y.o. conventional Heat Pump. That included drilling several 300' deep holes to use the earth as a water source and connecting a water loop from them to the Condenser. They also installed a new air handler and upgraded the ducting there. Overall, we're very pleased the system and their performance.“

“As a property manager that has called on this vendor twice now, both times they were responsive within 24 hours or less. They check emails and also are fair in their services. I had a major AC repair needed and asked them to adjust the temperature at the end of the service. The technician left before finishing this but they came out a few days later to change this setting for us at no additional charge. Yesterday, I emailed them at 4:30 about a down AC unit and they replied within the hour. They had it on their schedule within 1 business day. I really have had a great experience with them. “The punchline: great experience, from start to finish. We recommend and would hire again.We needed our range hood vented outside the home since it was only circulating internally. I reached out to 5 HVAC companies, none of which said they did that kind of work. Smart Air, thankfully, said they could do it. Ambrose came out and spent a ton of time evaluating the project, and also analyzed our entire HVAC system to diagnose some hot/cold spots in the house. For this, there was no charge. That’s rare and very appreciated.He quoted us for the range hood project and some broader solutions, which we accepted. Install was scheduled for just a few days later, and the work was wrapped up in a single day. The range hood ventilation is exactly what we needed, and it seems our hot/cold areas of the home have been solved as well, though we’re waiting for colder weather to truly evaluate. This was a seamless process from the start, for which we have Ambrose to thank. Thanks for the great service!“
