Alex and his crew installed a completely new Geothermal Heat Pump, replacing a 20 y.o. conventional Heat Pump. That included drilling several 300' deep holes to use the earth as a water source and connecting a water loop from them to the Condenser. They also installed a new air handler and upgraded the ducting there. Overall, we're very pleased the system and their performance.
Alexander and team are a fantastic crew! I am an avid DIY-er who made the decision to initially install his own mini-split unit, however, didn't really have the right tools/skills for the job, so all of my refrigerant leaked out over time.Alexander quickly assessed the issue and fixed it, even on this European unit that has all sorts of quirks. I highly recommend Alexander and team - thanks guys!
