“Our AC went out and I called them to see what the availability was and he ended up coming with an hour. Fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Even offered to change our filters but we didn't have all of them. We will definitely call them again!“
“12/15/23. I had an issue with a toilet that would not flush a few days ago. Lantzs sent out Willie Kruger to diagnose & repair. We replaced the old toilet but this did not work Willie promised me at that point that he was going to figure it out & get it fixed. He got his boss Mark involved. Willie returned for numerous days checking the plumbing with a camera amongst other things. He worked o in repeatedly for several days & he finally replaced the toilet again with a different type & solved the problem. He worked his butt off & between him & mark problem solved with only minimal cost to me. Once again He’ll of a job by Lantzs as always most plumbers would have just given up. Not these guys!!! Just can’t say enough good things about these guys. I have used Lantzs several times for plumbing & AC. Great results every time. Way to go guys!!!! Thanks again!!!’ Steve FoxMonday 3/4/24. “Would Highly recommend MLD Services LLC out of Leander Tx. After having a failure in our quality control with our 40 tiny home mini split units from the manufacturer. We had to shop around and could not find anyone knowledgeable with mini splits or even wanting to earn our business. We were recommended MLD Services from another business owner. We contacted MLD Services and after talking with Mike he was very knowledgeable and discreet with everything. Mike was able to send out a crew to assist us in repairing our mini split units in a timely and prompt fashion. “i have used Terry's AC Company several times and found him to be very professional, honest and never over charges. During the hard freeze we had in 2021 I called Terry and he tried his best to make it but was unable. He spent over an hour on the phone to walk me through the process to fix the electrical problem I had in the AC/heat unit. "Yes it was cold" but he got it working. lol. Terry is the person you need if you have AC or heat problems. .“

My landlord estimated the repair to take place the next day, but Victor repaired it the same day he came to inspect. He worked late to fix it. He did not want us to suffer in the heat. “After dozens of days of 100 degree temps, the AC went out overnight. I called DZ Comfort Cooling & Heat at 7:30 a.m., while other businesses were still closed, based on neighbors' recommendations. Dave, the owner, answered the phone. He said he had very full day and not sure when he could come out, but would try. In the meantime, he gave me some tips to try myself. Sadly, none worked, but I very much appreciated the opportunity to try something. I went for a walk and returned to find Dave fixing the AC, just an hour after we talked. Within 15 minutes, the AC was back in business. He said he rearranged his day to be able to squeeze me. A capacitor had gone out, and the freon was also low. I watched him replace both. Freon was $100/lb, which he acknowledged was pricey. However, some service companies charge 3X that. The service call fee to come out was reasonable. Overall, I am very happy with the experience.“
