Jason does excellent work, he's fair and doesn't try to cheat his customers. We have used this company for the last three years to service our two older units (so hes had to make many service calls) and he's always been great, arrives on time, does good work to check the units and bring them back to a working state. I'd strongly recommend him.
The evap coil on my Carrier unit failed and my regular HVAC tech didn't do Carrier warranty work. He recommended Honest Hill Country.I had a very positive experience with Jason. Specifically, 1) he was highly responsive, much more so than the large chains I contacted; 2) he proactively reserved the warranty replacement evap coil; and 3) he even managed to work the install in 2 days before promised.Highly recommended!Service: Repair HVAC
