After dozens of days of 100 degree temps, the AC went out overnight. I called DZ Comfort Cooling & Heat at 7:30 a.m., while other businesses were still closed, based on neighbors' recommendations. Dave, the owner, answered the phone. He said he had very full day and not sure when he could come out, but would try. In the meantime, he gave me some tips to try myself. Sadly, none worked, but I very much appreciated the opportunity to try something. I went for a walk and returned to find Dave fixing the AC, just an hour after we talked. Great service! Twice this summer of 2023 my AC units (upstairs & downstairs external units) went out during 100+ heat after running 24/7 for months on end. Each time I contacted Dave he came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of receiving my call. It ended up being capacitors both times so he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the repair parts in his van. Within minutes my AC was up and running again. I recently had the pleasure of working with David from DZ Comfort Cooling & Heat during a critical situation. Amidst a sweltering 105-degree weather, our cooling system gave out, making the conditions unbearable.
