“Between the endless noises coming from our attic, and the droppings found once we went up there, we knew it was time to call in a pro after already filling in every possible entry point, we could find. We arranged for Aries to visit our home and inspect the situation and provide us with a cost estimate. This was all done free of charge. Aries was great at sending us updates via text letting us know when their service tech would arrive at our home. The service tech arrived as promised and was very friendly from the start. He listened to everything we'd already tried and decided to begin his inspection on our roof. He returned with photos on his phone showing us exactly where the entry points were (mostly where the roof slant joins the main body of the house). He inspected the rest of our home but stated it was only the roof issues that needed to be addressed. He presented me with a cost estimate which included all entry point repairs, trapping and removing any remaining rodents in our attic and a warranty should they need to return should the repaired entry points fail. The cost estimate was a bit higher than I expected which I politely explained to the tech. I then offered a dollar figure I was comfortable with. The tech was able to "meet me in the middle" which I greatly appreciated and ultimately agreed to. All repairs were done in the manner and time framed promised. New photos were shown to us detailing the repairs and traps were set in the attic. The tech would then return every two days or so until the traps no longer held any dead rodents. Aries again kept us updated via text as to when the techs would visit to change out the attic traps. It's been a couple of months now and I'm happy to report we are still rodent free! I highly recommend Aries for any of your pest and rodent needs. They are very professional and definitely know how to get the job done quickly and correctly the first time.“

“We had our system installed about 18 months ago. We had issues right away (a leaking line, etc) and it took about a month for the issues to be fixed. Once they were fixed, all went smoothly until a few nozzles got clogged.If you are not on the maintenance plan, you will not be tagged as a priority customer. It took too long for them to respond to our issues. We had not bought the quarterly maintenance plan as it seemed pricey, but after experiencing issues (the controller is difficult to program, for example), we decided to get the maintenance.Once we became a maintenance plan client, we noticed a huge improvement in their response times. Plus, they come out to the house for an inspection and replace clogged nozzles quarterly, without needed an appointment, which I greatly appreciate.Bottom line: the misting system WORKS and it has reduced our mosquito population by 90%. It's a hefty initial investment but well worth it. DO get the maintenance plan for peace of mind!“
