I specify TermiMesh on every project I do (I'm a designer). I've never heard of a warranty issue, never signed such a contract, and would never see a need for it. These stainless steel meshes keep out termites -- chances are if termites get in it's somewhere else and you could never work out where.

After reading all of the reviews, I decided to go on a quest to understand this company and why the bill. If you moved into a house that Termimesh did the termite treatment for the builder... they will send you a bill for the continuation of the warranty. Termimesh in Austin is a sister company of ABC Pest and Commercial Services... I found this out when I called to have THEM take over!! Termimesh is their sister company that basically only do the initial treatment for new homes. SOOOO... it is not a scam. All the people that got the bill and didn't pay it... you are now NOT covered for Termite warranty... and when you go sell your home, you will then have to pay for inspection to sell the home.. AND... if they find damage... you are screwed. Terminesh needs to do a better job at explaining all of this. I called them today and explained all of this... after I paid for my termite warranty. There!!!
