“11/30/2023I have been using Rick for several years now. He is always friendly yet professional. He does an amazing job and is very meticulous. I highly recommend him as he has helped me out with the many issues an RV can have!7/2021--Rick was great! He arrived at the time he said he would, was professional as well as friendly and very helpful. He fixed an electrical problem I had been dealing with for several weeks. I had used another technician that did a very lackluster and half finished job. I was very impressed with his service and will definitely be using him in the future if/ when I need assistance with my rv. “A great local business that is responsive to its customers. Even in this horrible weather, they came after a power outage surge shut down and got us running. The owner is amazing, committed and a true gentleman. When we moved in, our unit was old and he kept it going for a few years and then recommended a new one. “Our A/C was not blowing cold air, and it was over 100 degrees outside,so I called Star Air. It was after business hours, and we got scheduled for early the following morning. Travis and Brian came to the rescue promptly at 9 am and quickly put an end to the misery. They were extremely friendly and were in and out in no time. Thanks guys!“
