Dom, an apprentice in training gave my boys a haircut and here's what my 11+ year old had to say "I had one of the best haircuts in my life, it looks so neat and didn't hurt". Staff were friendly and Dom engaged my boys in conversation which helped distract and relax them.

Came here on a whim this morning without an appointment and only had to wait around 20 minutes. My first professional haircut in over a year they did not disappoint. Always such a great visit when I come in. Knowledgable staff and very thorough with their intakes. I read a review below and I have to say - no idea how that could've ever happened at this location. You have an intake procedure and they set you up based on the intake, your answers, and their knowledge of the beds. I'm very happy with the service here and the beds are incredible!! I love the high pressure bed - definitely one of my fave ! Happily come here regularly and don't intend to stop anytime soon. The girls are great here!
I just got my first full set of hybrid and OMG I love them so much!. Oksana did such an amazing job! She was so sweet the entire time, I got cold and she heat up the bed for me and the massage was so good, I was trying so hard not to fall asleep lol …. I will be back for my refill in three weeks . ( I was a little embarrassed at the end at the reception I brought my wallet out and all my change went everywhere, I was rushing , I needed to get to work and they didn’t made me feel uncomfortable at all) I just got to work and I already had so many compliments. ??? it’s expensive but oh man it’s worth every penny! Genuinely the best nail salon I've went to. When I tell you I felt so comfortable and they made my nails the best things ever, I mean it. The price is worth it, and the people there don't snicker or do anything when you get your nails done. Loved it, will be going again with my mom soon.
My first time in a while getting my nails done. I’m used to biogel because they are so light. Kevin and his wife convinced me to just do solar because they are practically the same and also light weight. I also had a specific decision with hand drawn flowers. And they went above and beyond to get that accomplished. While in the beginning of getting my nails done Kevin went to the side and practiced the flowers to make sure that is what I wanted. While doing the flowers he also wasn’t happy with a few so just re did them on his own to make sure they were perfect. All in all the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They really care about customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend!

Jenni is such a professional. My eyebrows were perfectly shaped and after 7 years I’m only filling them in a bit. It’s lasted all this time. I recently went back to have permanent eyeliner. I love it!! She even had me come back for a follow up so she could check them. I trust her completely, so if you are thinking of having any of these services, Jenni Lin is your gal. Connie first did my lashes in the summer of 2019 and I have been a loyal client of hers ever since then. I had my lashes done in the past at other places but I was never happy with them because they felt too heavy and unnatural. At my first visit, Connie took the time to customize my lashes to give me the exact look that I wanted, and I still receive compliments all the time on how great they look. She takes her time and the products she uses are high quality so the retention is very good. When our sump pump failed, we phoned Superior Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber (Ray) to our house that same day. After removing the old pump, Ray quickly and efficiently installed a new sump pump and we can now rest easy knowing that we are prepared for any intense rain in future. We had been very lucky that we had not had heavy downpours while our pump was out of commission. Ray was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and had respect for our home while he completed his work. We are extremely happy with Superior Plumbing and will definitely be calling on them in future for any of our plumbing needs.
Needed a plumber May 24th Friday before a beautiful weekend. Called several contractors. J Plumbing sent Dave who arrived around noon and spent 3 very hard working hours snaking our old original lead kitchen drain pipes. We were worried we might end up having to dig up the floor and replace the pipes. But Dave finally got it cleared and it's running better than ever. Highly recommend J Plumbing and Dave in the Barrie area.

I was going to leave a 2nd review for James but I could not find my first review. Luckily I saved a copy. Here’s the review for project 2020. I will post the 2nd review later.So very happy to find James!!! He has finished our chimney repairs and waterproofing the foundation in 3 weeks. He was always already to answer any questions and explained the progress. He has excellent organization skill and he manages his teams very well. Our contract was very well written in details so we understood everything he did. Despite of commuting more than 2 hrs daily from Barrie to Toronto, James was always on time and be at the site when needed. We are so happy with James, we have already booked him for the spring project.

My AC wasn’t working well and the inside temperature was rising quickly….quite warm to say the least. Lloyd showed up fairly quickly and attempted to fix the problem. The AC unit looked clean, functional and fairly new, however he discovered that the air wasn’t flowing out, tripping the pressure as too high. Hope I explained it well. Anyway, he actually had to remove the outdoor vent cover to clean it as it was packed with dust/dirt. This is something I never thought needed to be cleaned, however now that I know, I will maintain a regime of cleaning it regularly. Lloyd was great to deal with and represented MAK with pride. Thank you for your prompt service and for providing with AC once again!
