When it came time to change the flooring in our basement we went to the big box stores and purchased some vinyl click flooring. We took it home and started to lay it and it was horrible. It wouldn't stay together and I broke more pieces then I laid. I called Just Flooring Direct and Steve answered. He came to my house and told us exact what the problem was and how to fix it on our own. He also recommended a completely different type of vinyl floor that would last longer and look much better. My wife and I unfortunately had our fridge leak, which wrecked our kitchen floor. Due to the age of the home, there was no chance of replacing just that area of flooring.Over the past 2-3 years we have been going through insurance as well as trying to find a local flooring company to put in replacement floors.We decided on using Alexanian Flooring and found a floor that we as a family all liked. Steve's team did a great job. Arrived on time and stayed until job was completed. The workers were extremely courteous and cleanup when finished. I have complete confidence in recommending Just Flooring.
