10 STARS! - All I can say is Wow!!! I recently installed a light coloured carpet in my basement and after a party noticed a stain. I called Simcoe Carpet for advice, and they recommended their stain remover. I visited their store to buy a bottle, and to my amazement, the spot cleaner worked like magic! Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I know who to call!Great Customer Service!!!

At a time when customer service, hard work and integrity are almost impossible to find, Simcoe Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners are certainly stand-outs. Brian and Paul worked their magic in my home, breathing new life into carpeting that had been through the ringer with three kids, pets and years of neglect. They got stains out I never imagined they could and had the most friendly and can-do attitudes I've experienced in a long time. The price was beyond amazing and I can't recommend this firm enough! Great services by the team! I’m still in awe from the fresh and almost new look my carpet now has. The carpeted stairs had taken the hit from all the dirt and I would cringe every time I walked in it and on seeing the results I would give them a double thumbs up! They did a great job! I booked with Evelyn and her brother John had come on-site ! Both of them are super courteous and nice! Anyone looking for a new lease of life for their carpets or carpeted are should definitely call them!
