Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend. Kyle was very knowledgeable to properly clean my vintage couch. He used superior cleaning products and was very careful. The result was superb. He was able to restore my couch to its natural beauty. Kyle demonstrated professionalism and paid attention to detail. Evident he is very skilled and takes pride in providing exceptional service. We truly can’t say enough about Esameel from Chem-Dry Simcoe County. He arrived on schedule and we took a complete walk through of our areas and he gave us pricing right on the spot (so there were no surprises at the end) before he started the work. He deep cleaned our carpets (including pet stains) stairs, kitchen tile grout and an area rug. He was thorough, professional and very friendly.
