What an awesome wellness team at this location. Dr. Tom always has homework for me - it works! Erik is an excellent massage therapist and I have been seeing him for 30 years. And Christina is so friendly and efficient. Always enjoy my visits.

Tried many other chiropractors who were unable to elevate any pain before finding Dr. Thom! Often I would put off booking chiropractic appointments but now whenever I start to feel any discomfort, I hop online and book the appointment in under 15 seconds. So convenient & user friendly! Always leave my appointment feeling relieved & refreshed. Thanks Dr. Thom & the team at Simcoe Spine & Sport!The massage therapist, Eric, is also excellent. Never was a massage person prior to Eric and now it is part of my monthly routine!! Such a good way to relax & get blood flowing :)

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thom for a few years and his level of care is top notch. He takes time to listen to my concerns and helps manage injuries, pain, fix incorrect movement patterns and gives great exercises/drills to keep you moving well.I’ve also been working with him as my nutrition coach and the progress I have seen over the past 2 years has been unreal. Through his coaching, I have been able to reach so many of the goals I’ve set for myself.
