We had a great experience with Grand Floors, highly recommended! Robert was extremely knowledgeable of the different hardwood options, Diana was very accommodating and professional with managing the operations of booking / ordering wood etc, and the installer was phenomenal. We always showed up on time, cleaned up well afterwards and did a great job.

Robert took the time to speak to me and was honest about the pros and cons of vinyl flooring. He was accommodating with us taking the floor samples for more then a couple of days, due to not living in Barrie. The product was easy to order and had a quick turnaround time. The flooring was delivered exactly on time and we are very happy with the quality of the product.
