I was surprised with the amount of professionalism of Alair Custom Homes Barrie. The project manager Jocelyn Kent, was at all times on it! The type of project manager we don’t see these days, responsive, professional including getting her hands dirty if need so on the job site.From all laborer’s I met on site to other contractors and reach up to the project manager, I was happy to deal with them all the time.We worked together to find all solutions for every and any problems we found in our way. As a team Alair Custom Homes Barrie is above and beyond.

A service business is only as good as its people. Jocelyn Kent is one of the best. At a time of pandemic restrictions and labour shortages, Jocelyn coordinated a complex job and kept us well informed throughout the project. She was great to work with.Service: Home renovations

We hired Alair Barrie to enlarge our garage doors, 3 singles to an oversized double and a single with an overall clearance of 8ft. The team was amazing, from our initial discussions with Ryan to get contracts in place to working with our PM on a daily basis. Jocelyn (our PM) was an absolute pleasure to work with, she looked after everything for us. She had put together a great team, provided us with updates throughout the project and took the care of all the details as if it was her own house being worked on. Highly recommend Alair and would definitely work with them again.
