I was going to leave a 2nd review for James but I could not find my first review. Luckily I saved a copy. Here’s the review for project 2020. I will post the 2nd review later.So very happy to find James!!! He has finished our chimney repairs and waterproofing the foundation in 3 weeks. He was always already to answer any questions and explained the progress. He has excellent organization skill and he manages his teams very well. Our contract was very well written in details so we understood everything he did. James did an excellent job repairing my leaking basement & installation of French Drains. Always on time and works hard to meet his target dates. Very polite guy and has great pride in his workmanship. Recommended him to a friend.

Working with James was by far the best experience I have had with a contractor. As someone who values clear communication and attention to detail, James exceeded my expectations on every level. His knowledge far exceeded the service I initially contacted him to quote and as a result he solved many other issues I was having that required attention before listing my property for sale.We initially started with the restoration of a damaged stucco/concrete facade and quickly realized that the bricks underneath were deteriorating.
