“I broke my glasses on vacation last week and Bob and Gail worked me into their schedule today to basically build a pair of wire-rimmed glasses using parts they had on hand. I wouldn't say the work was cheap but considering they worked me in first thing on a Monday and were able to do this sort of work so quickly, I would say the price was very reasonable. The number of shops in Raleigh who could do this type of work at all is probably few. The number who could do it without having to send off for parts is fewer and I think there may only be one who would and could do a project like this right away for you. If you need expert work done outside of popping a new prescription in a generic frame call Bob and Gail!“

“First time to Clarity Vision. The office is very clean and modern with a friendly staff. It only took a few minutes before they were able to see me and my wife. The technician who saw us was Megan. She was friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Bollenbecker was easy to talk to, she made me feel comfortable, and was patient. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and had good recommendations for any concerns I had. After getting fitted for contacts, we worked with Lena for new glasses. Lena was patient and took an active interest in what my preferences were, while also finding glasses that looked good and felt comfortable. She didn't rush the process or divide her time. In the end, I credit her for finding two pairs of glasses for me that I likely wouldn't have picked out on my own. This is a testimony of the professionalism and experience Lena has. “All of the associates at this location are super professional, friendly and informative. Wait times are almost non- existent, as we are seen almost immediately. Dr. Wrzosek performed a cataracts surgery on my husband's right eye with flying colors, doing his other eye next week. The patient coordinator Donna Hernandez is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to help patients with scheduling and billing and always looking to help us anyway she can. We live in Clayton, but the 50 minute drive is well worth it for the great experience and service we receive. Highly recommend for serious eye surgeries.“
