Personal. Professional. Beautiful aesthetics and decorations. Knowledgeable support staff. Patience with clients who need a little extra time to find that perfect pair of lenses. All my questions and inquiries were answered intelligently and to my full satisfaction. Machinery used for testing is of the highest quality and quick. Overall, wonderful establishment that made me feel comfortable and seen, understanding the hassles of having less than-perfect vision! I plan to use them in the future.
This practice was fabulous! The font desk was great, the eye tech was fabulous and the Dr. was awesome! You don’t feel like it’s an assembly line of patients/customers. So happy I found them. Anyone that goes will not be disappointed.
Dr. Rousselo is the best optometrist I have had. He and his staff are kind and efficient. I have never had to wait very long. I recently moved to a rural area that doesn’t have many providers. I like this practice and decided it was worth driving to Cary once a year for my appointment. 10 out of 10 recommend!
