“First time to Clarity Vision. The office is very clean and modern with a friendly staff. It only took a few minutes before they were able to see me and my wife. The technician who saw us was Megan. She was friendly, personable, and professional. Dr. Bollenbecker was easy to talk to, she made me feel comfortable, and was patient. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and had good recommendations for any concerns I had. After getting fitted for contacts, we worked with Lena for new glasses. Lena was patient and took an active interest in what my preferences were, while also finding glasses that looked good and felt comfortable. She didn't rush the process or divide her time. In the end, I credit her for finding two pairs of glasses for me that I likely wouldn't have picked out on my own. This is a testimony of the professionalism and experience Lena has.
