Really nice and courteous staff. Always helpful and respectful. On par with their diagnosis. Our entire family goes there. Dr. Bollenbecker is phenomenal. Excellent and I mean excellent with kids. Lauren is also excellent and extremely helpful and thorough and follows through. And Kayla, 1st encounter with her. Very courteous as well and ready to help. Totally recommend this location.
I haven’t ordered glasses from them yet, but so far, my experience with the eye doctor was great. I like that they disclosed any uncovered treatments before hand so I don’t get stuck with unplanned charges.
Grace was exceptional in customer service as a nurse and Dr. Harris was very informative in her explaination of the issue with my eyes. I really appreciate that. I loved their patience during the visit and not rushing through me as a patient.
